You may send us a fax with your name, address, phone number and email address together with the item number and the quantity of the item you want to purchase.  Please include your payment method choice.  Upon receipt of your fax we will contact you by phone or email to complete the order.

Northwest Knives & Collectibles accepts, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Money Orders and Cashier’s Checks.  We do not accept personal checks.  Please do not send cash.

 

ERRORS AND OMISSIONS IN CONTENT AND PRICING

Mistakes contained within this website (i.e., descriptions, typographical, pricing and photos) are completely accidental.  We appreciate your feedback and help in bringing these to our attention.

 

In the event a product is listed with an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information from our suppliers, Northwest knives & Collectibles shall have to right to refuse or cancel any order placed for product listed at the incorrect price.  If your credit card has been charged Northwest Knives & Collectibles will immediately credit your card for the full amount.

 

AVAILABILITY

If your item is out of stock or on backorder Northwest Knives & Collectibles will notify you via email.  If you wish to cancel your order while on backorder you may do so.
