NORTHWEST KNIVES & COLLECTIBLES wants our customers to be completely satisfied with your purchase. 

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within (30) thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.

Refunds for items returned more than thirty days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

We will not issue a refund if the following occur:

Items that are not in its new/original condition.
Items that are missing its original box, parts, manuals etc.
Items that have been used.

DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Northwest Knives & Collectibles will pay shipping costs involved with a return if the item is defective or damaged or shipped in our error.

ISSUING REFUNDS
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used to purchase the item within 14 days.
